The importance of Individual connections within a sporting environment

FAW Trust

FAW Trust

The FAW Trust and FAW Coach Education team are delighted to be working in partnership with Adult Learning Week to provide an education workshop to support volunteers who want to be a part of our welsh football family and volunteer within sport across Wales.

The workshop will explore the numerous ways we can ‘create connections’ within our football world, exploring the many volunteering roles that are available within a club environment, including coaching players at all levels of our game to the numerous club specific roles that help drive the domestic game.

The workshop will include an opportunity to discuss common challenges and solutions with like-minded individuals around the importance of individual connections to allow players and others involved with our national game, to fall in love with the game and create a lifelong learning opportunity.

All those in attendance will receive access to a library of resources and one of our eLearning Modules (based on communication)
